Add members to all workspaces, configure identity for all workspaces

Hi, I’m doing a trial to set up plane for our company using multiple workspaces. Is there any way that the members, and the OIDC identity server can be defined on global level for all workspaces? It makes zero sense that this has to be repeated in every workspace and there is no option to do this globally. If this is not possible the product simply isn’t usable… I think for proper working, we would need 7 workspaces… I’m not going to configure all of them with the exact same thing

OIDC is already instance level on the self-hosted Commercial Edition (tags you applied say you are on Commercial). You configure your identity provider once in the instance settings and it applies across all workspaces. You won’t need to repeat that.

For member management, we have Group Sync. Once enabled, Plane automatically adds and removes workspace members based on your IdP groups, so no manual inviting needed. You can map specific IdP groups to specific workspace roles, set a default role for synced users, and choose whether sync happens on login, in the background, or both. Users removed from a group in your IdP can also be automatically removed from the workspace.
