Contributor not receiving email notifications for @mentions

Hi everyone,

I have two related questions regarding notifications:

  1. I added a colleague as a Contributor to a project and mentioned him using @username, but he did not receive an email notification. Are there any notification settings or role limitations I may have overlooked?

  2. I also found the February 2026 bug report regarding missing notifications for users configured as “Intake responsible”. It was mentioned that a fix/enhancement was being worked on. Has this issue been fully resolved in the meantime, and are Intake notification emails expected to work by default now?

Hey @Isi, thanks for reporting this. @-mentions should trigger email notifications regardless of role, we’ll check on this and get back to you. As for Intake, this is resolved and notification emails are working as expected.
