# Not Receiving Notifications and Cannot Access Notification Settings

Hi. I’m not receiving notification emails for project mentions, while other users are. When I go to **Preferences → Notifications** , the page never loads.

The API call returns:  
{

“error”: “The required object does not exist.”,

“e”: “UserNotificationPreference matching query does not exist.”

}

I’m using the web version **2.6.3**.

Could someone help investigate this issue for my account? Thanks.
