# Personal work item board

Some work items are confidential, fall between boards, or don’t need to be formally catalogued. Would it be possible to add a personal board, perhaps underneath “Your work,” where we can add items that fit into these categories?
This would be helpful because it would mean I don’t have additional work sitting outside of what’s listed in “Your work.” Ideally, that section would aggregate anything I’m assigned to across other boards, as well as anything added to my personal board.

Just so you know, you can create a [private project](https://docs.plane.so/core-concepts/projects/overview#private-projects) for confidential or personal work items, anything you create there will show up under the ‘Your Work’ section. Could you also let us know if you’re not seeing your work items under ‘Your Work’? That will help us understand what you’re looking for better.

Hi, yes we considered this but not all our users have access permissions to create projects

Thanks for the context. Most Workspace Owners and Admins didn’t want to allow Members to create projects, so we had remove that permission in a recent release. We are considering adding a toggle that will allow admins to choose this option. As this is still in the planning phase, I’m unable to provide a timeline for this.
