It would be very useful to have global settings for cycles, default epics, default milestones, default tasks, and every possible configuration, etc. If this is not possible, it would be useful to have all the settings programmable in a template.

its similar but is not the same stuff but ok 
actually in the project template missing a lot of stuff you can set this is more urgent IMHO
