We are experiencing an issue with Wiki Collections on our self-hosted Plane Enterprise instance.
Environment:

Deployment type: Self-hosted

License tier: Enterprise

Current version: 2.6.2 (upgraded today from 2.6.1)

User role: Workspace Admin

Wiki feature is enabled and functioning

Public Collections can be created and used without any issues
Issue description:
According to the Plane documentation, when creating a Wiki Collection there should be an option to select the collection visibility, including “Private”. However, in our instance this option is completely absent from the UI.
When creating a new Wiki Collection, the only available visibility appears to be Public. There is no toggle, dropdown, or any other control allowing us to create a Private Collection.
What we have already checked:

Upgraded Plane from version 2.6.1 to 2.6.2.

Confirmed that the instance is running under an Enterprise license.

Verified that Public Collections work correctly.

Tested with a Workspace Admin account.

Tested in a private/incognito browser session.

Cleared browser cache and local storage.
Expected behavior:
- During Wiki Collection creation, there should be an option to select Private visibility, as described in the documentation.
Actual behavior:

No Private visibility option is available anywhere in the collection creation workflow.

Only Public Collections can be created.

Are there any role requirements beyond Workspace Admin (e.g., Instance Admin or Owner)?

What logs, API endpoints, or configuration settings should we check to diagnose the issue?
We would appreciate guidance on how to verify whether the backend exposes PRIVATE visibility options and whether any Enterprise-specific configuration is required.
