Cant Create Work Items From Slack

Hello,

We try to create a work item using /Plane. At Plane UI, we already connected it to Slack and my personal Slack account.

When I try it on Slack in the browser, Slack returns. What else do I need to check/test since the error is not verbose enough?

We’ll need to pull the logs from our side to find the exact cause.

Could you trigger /plane once more and send us an email at support@plane.so along with your workspace slug and Plane account email?
