I subscribed to the 14 day trial - and somehow did not see that I am subscribing to the business version. I would like to try the free version. How do I downgrade?
I am on a roll - I decided to see if I can downgrade to the pro version myself after reading how to do that - but have deleted my subscription (I thought this could trigger the downgrade to free) and now when I try and select the ‘pro’ version is shows an error ‘no subscription found’
Are the people from Plane in this community? How do I get in contact with them to help me?
