Currently the PAGE API doesn’t include the hierarchy context of a page in wiki or pages. This could easily be incorporated via a parentID field for each page. The reasoning behind this is that if you’re interested in retrieving the pages in the first place you’re most likely to be interested in retrieving the hierarchy of the page as valuable context and to inform hierarchical page presentation.
