How about not activating Business Trial by default?

Hello Plane Team,

Am I missing something, or is the Business plan trial forced on all new accounts?

I would like to see how Plane works in Free mode and in Pro mode, without having to track where every single feature belongs. I do not want to build a workflow for 14 days only to discover that what I actually need is in a higher tier.

Is it possible to choose which plan to trial or to use Plane in true Pro/Free mode from the start, or did I miss how to do that?

Hi @alproj, thanks for the feedback — we’ve heard this from others too, and a release that lets users cancel their trial after sign-up is already scheduled.

In the meantime, we’re cancelling trials manually. Please send your details to support@plane.so and we’ll take care of it for you.

You’ll be able to do this directly in the app very soon.
