Inverse filtering blocked -- right now it only shows "is" option, it should also show at least "is not" when filtering

This should be a very basic feature which should be pretty easy to implement.
Let’s say i want to filter my work items to only those tickets that aren’t labelled blog, there isn’t a way to do that right now as clicking on the is box is blocked

This isn’t a bug. The is not operator is available on paid plans.
