Notifications not sent for new intake + assignee/cycle not saved on approval

Hello,

We’re seeing two issues with Intakes:

  1. New intake notifications
    We’ve configured two people to receive notifications when there is a new intake, but neither of the selected people receives any notification.

  2. Approve intake doesn’t persist assignee/cycle
    When approving an intake, if we choose a different assignee, the assignee and cycle are not saved. After the task is created, we have to manually open it and set them again.

Can you please investigate and fix both issues? Let me know if you need logs from the containers.

For the intake notifications, this is actually an enhancement we’re currently working on. It’ll be available by the end of this month.

For the assignee/cycle not persisting when approving an intake, that shouldn’t be happening. Could you check if there are any errors in the Console or Network logs?

@hpetkov for the bug you reported about assignee and cycle not persisting when approving an intake - is this happening with a specific Intake source (In-app, Email, or Form)? We’re unable to replicate this on our end.

I’ll try to reproduce it. It doesn’t happen consistently, but I’ll report back once I have more information. We’re using in-app intakes.
