On the Discord Chat there was talk about two interesting features that should come to plane: Plane Desk as a Helpdesk and Time Management. Time Management rollout was for Q1 2026 and Helpdesk is according to the latest info in discord planned for Q3 2026.
I and i believe many other are keen on knowing more about these features and their ETA and Updates when it takes longer etc. So a simple general roadmap with plannes features would be nice as a customer. I am currently deciding on the next helpdesk solution for our small team and would like to use plane desk if possible and am currently waiting with switching.
Hello @jwi I hear you and completely understand the request. Given the current pace of development and how quickly things are changing, it has been difficult to publish a concrete plan. Desk and Time Management are two long-standing items whose development has slowed down. We are working on both the capabilities and will publish the GA plan this month.
That said, we remain committed to sharing our plans publicly. We will publish an updated roadmap by the end of the month, providing a clearer view of the future capabilities Plane will be investing in.
