Suggestion: Mightier Themes (Color Schemes)

Hi there,

I love the “Customize your theme” feature and the ability to export/import configs!

I have two suggestions to take this further:

  1. For Enterprises or commercial use: Add an admin setting to lock a mandatory theme. This would ensure brand consistency by either setting it as the default for new users or preventing changes entirely.

  2. For Multi-Workspace Users: Allow themes to be set per workspace (either by taking the user’s profile theme or the one provided by the workspace-admin). This would provide a clear visual cue, helping users instantly recognize which company context they are currently working in.

Thanks for the suggestions. Glad you like the theme customization.
Both ideas make sense. Theme is currently a profile level setting, but we do have workspace level theming on our radar. It would need to balance workspace branding with user preferences (like light/dark mode), so there’s some design work to figure out the right approach.
No ETA on this, but we’ve noted the feedback. Thanks for sharing :grin:
