Table of content view on the right should be collapsible

The automatic table of content of pages in the right pane is a good idea but a hassle with longer TOCs.

Feature Request:

  • each head chapter in the TOC should have a triangle for collapsing everything under it
  • chapters without sub-chapters do not have a triangle because there is nothing to collapse
  • there is a “collapse all” and “expand all” option
  • the “Heading 1” chapters are the only level which stays visible (collapsed) after a “collapse all”
