Upgrade version Community / Pro / Business

Hello, I’d like more information about the paid versions. I left my email address to receive information, but I haven’t received a response. I currently have the Community version, but for business reasons, I need to implement Epic applications, measure device speed, and track other KPIs.

However, I’m not sure if I need the Pro or Business version. I’m also unclear on whether it’s per user, because I had a license a year ago, but I didn’t renew it. I recently logged into the portal and renewed it for one seat, but since I had more users in my Community version, I’m not sure if I’ll be charged later.
