Upgrade version Community / Pro / Business

Hello, I’d like more information about the paid versions. I left my email address to receive information, but I haven’t received a response. I currently have the Community version, but for business reasons, I need to implement Epic applications, measure device speed, and track other KPIs.

However, I’m not sure if I need the Pro or Business version. I’m also unclear on whether it’s per user, because I had a license a year ago, but I didn’t renew it. I recently logged into the portal and renewed it for one seat, but since I had more users in my Community version, I’m not sure if I’ll be charged later.

Pricing: All plans are priced per seat.

Which plan: The features you mentioned — Epic applications, device speed measurement, and KPI tracking — are part of the Pro plan. I’d suggest starting with Pro; if you later need Business-tier features, you can upgrade anytime at a pro-rated price.

Community vs. Commercial Edition:

  • If your org has fewer than 12 users, you can install the free Commercial Edition and sync your license whenever you’re ready.
  • If you have 12 or more users, there are a few extra steps to migrate from Community to Commercial — happy to walk you through them.

On your renewed seat: Since you renewed for one seat while previously running more users on Community, it’s worth confirming your active user count so your seat count lines up and there are no surprises later. If you can share roughly how many users you have today, I can tell you exactly what you’ll need.
