Work Items Page Not Loading

I am trying to access the page of work items in my projects and it’s not working, rather showing the below screen:

Affected Web Browser: Safari Version 26.4 (21624.1.16.11.4)
Plane Version: v1.3.0 (Community Edition)
URL e.g. plane.domain.com/{WORKSPACE}/projects/{PROJECT_ID}/issues

Hi, could you please confirm whether the Plane application is running properly and the issue occurs specifically when accessing the Work Items page? Also, could you please share the Network tab logs for the specific API request?
